Monday at the Court of Cassation, in accordance with the prescriptions of the Constitution and Haitian law, President Moïse accompanied by Prime Minister Joseph Jouthe, Minister of Justice, Rockefeller Vincent, of Protector of the Citizen, Renan Hédouville, Inspector General-in-Chief of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) took part in the solemn ceremony of the resumption of judicial work. He took the opportunity to wish a happy judicial year to all stakeholders in the sector and to the entire population.

Me René Sylvestre, the President of the Court of Cassation took the opportunity to announce the opening of 23 new Courts of Peace across the national territory, and also the publication of a list of 32 magistrates including 17 certified and 15 others excluded from the judicial system.
