Saturday Myriam Jean, the Minister of Tourism was in Cap Haitien to support the 2nd edition of the "Tourism Innovation Summit" which according to her, "will contribute to the emergence of new ideas in order to meet expectations and improve the tourism experience, while bringing more tourists to the country."

Minister Jean encourages the improvement of the concept of "smart destination" and the facilitation of the tourist experience in a dynamic way, adapted to the context of Covid-19 "That is why the Ministry of Tourism and local and regional associations, particularly the Haiti Tourist Association, jointly developed a sanitary protocol guide for use by operators in the sector."

This Summit, which ends this Sunday, November 1, was an opportunity to exchange ideas on tourism, to network, while taking advantage of the various parallel activities proposed by the organizers.
