Sunday, following information provided by residents of Abricots (Dept. Grand'Anse), agents of the Departmental Unit of Maintenance of Order (UDMO) conducted an operation in Abricots, aimed at restoring order and Peace within the Abricotière population, which endlessly endures the exactions of all kinds of an armed gang led by a notorious bandit known by the name of Manno aka "Bouboul".+





Sunday, following information provided by residents of Abricots (Dept. Grand'Anse), agents of the Departmental Unit of Maintenance of Order (UDMO) conducted an operation in Abricots, aimed at restoring order and Peace within the Abricotière population, which endlessly endures the exactions of all kinds of an armed gang led by a notorious bandit known by the name of Manno aka "Bouboul"

During the operation during an exchange of fire with UDOM "Bouboul" was shot dead and 2 of his accomplices arrested at the Apricot cemetery where he was staying with his gang. A 12 caliber rifle, stamped BRH, was also recovered by the UDMO.

The Haitian National Police (PNH) calls for the collaboration of the population and is working hard to identify the hideouts and hideouts of the bandits to put them out of harm's way.
