The Consul General Dr Fritz Dorvilier recently held a first working meeting with the section managers to present his objectives for improving the various services offered to the Haitian community.

Among other things, it was discussed:

Improve reception;

To keep a register of complaints;

Improve the appointment booking procedure (website or by phone);

To optimally redefine the tasks of each section;

To get closer to the community and to be at its service;

But also : to stay in touch with Quebec politicians and seek investment opportunities for Quebec entrepreneurs in Haiti.
