iciHaiti - Taiwan : Visit of Ambassador Wen-Jianm Ku to the Minister of the Interior

Audain Fils Bernadel, the Minister of the Interior, received in his Offices the Ambassador of Taiwan (Republic of China) accredited to Haiti, Wen-Jianm Ku, accompanied by his deputy advisor, Eric Yi-Yuan Hsu.
This visit is part of the good relations and courtesy cultivated between the two Republics. The meeting was an opportunity for the two Statesmen to discuss the current situation and the efforts made by the Ministry to combat insecurity, which remains a concern.
The question of electric power and Taiwan's support to Haiti in this area was also raised, with the aim of strengthening the distribution of electricity to the population, in accordance with the wishes of President Jovenel Moïse.
