iciHaiti - Politic : Surprise visit of the DG of the PNH to the Hinche police station

Léon Charles the Director General ai of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), accompanied by the Chief Inspector General Frantz Jean-Francois, made a surprise visit this week to the Hinche police station (Center Dept.) which is located located in the same building as the Departmental Center Directorate of the PNH, in order to inquire about the working conditions of the police officers in this department.
In his speech, he insisted on the ethical values from which no police officer, having taken an oath to protect and serve the population, can not deviate. "Placed to serve and being a law enforcement officer, the police officer must be willing to fulfill this noble mission with professionalism instead of contributing to the destruction of this prestigious institution."
In addition, Léon Charles warned that he "will spare no effort to identify and bring to justice all the police officers belonging to the terrorist group Phantom 509".
