The Town Hall of Cap-Haitien reminds the Capoise population in general and the inhabitants of risk areas in particular that during the passage of the frontal system which has been causing intense and persistent rains for 48 hours in the region, it is advisable to leave areas at risk of flooding as quickly as possible to go to the usual temporary shelters.
