On Monday, a meeting was held at the conference room of the Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal between the Consul General, Dr. Fritz Dorvilier, and four members of the Association Regard féminin.

The objective of the meeting was to present to the Consul General one of the Association's projects which consists in promoting in the Schools of Montreal and Quebec the Creole and the cultural heritage of Haiti. The Consul General is committed to supporting the Association in the realization of this noble project.

Subsequently, the Consul took the opportunity to explain and methodically explain to the members of the Association the new provisions of the preliminary draft of the new Constitution, mainly those relating to nationality, voting as well as legislative representation of Haitian nationals living abroad.
