"In my capacity as Minister of Foreign Affairs and, with the aim of resolving the problem of slowness in the delivery of this important document for the regularization and integration of our compatriots, I recommended to the central director of the judicial police:

To increase the hourly workload of the staff of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) assigned to the criminal records service;
To increase the number of executives assigned to data collection;
To strengthen the technical supervision of the police certificate service;
To create a single service in order to reduce the duration of the process.
