Following the explosion of a tanker truck in Cap-Haitien https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-35489-haiti-flash-the-toll-of-the-tragedy-in-cap-haitien-strongly-increase-and-stands-at-134-victims.html the international NGO Food For The Poor has responded to the appeal of the Justinien University Hospital of Cap-Haitien, the second largest hospital center in Cap by delivering emergency items including : bandages, syringes, masks, gowns, gloves, disinfectant wipes, mattresses, pillow cases, blankets, safety equipment.

Food For The Poor has remained attached for more than 30 years to its mission in Haiti to help Haitians in the face of all difficulties. She offers her sympathies to the families affected by this tragedy while reiterating her commitment to serve, with her eyes fixed on Christ, all those in need.
