The Embassy of Cuba in Haiti informs us that on the afternoon of Friday, December 17, armed individuals kidnapped two Cuban citizens residing in Haiti, Andrik Alfredo Abad Reinosa and Enides Galano Silva, both from Moa (Province of Holguin), who were going to carry out immigration procedures.

The Cuban Embassy immediately informed the Haitian authorities of these kidnappings, with the aim of finding a quick solution. Likewise, it will keep the family members of the two victims informed, as part of the consular procedures provided for in this type of situation.
