After the departments of the West, Grand'Anse and the North-East, it is the turn of the North-West department to start cleaning and repairing the roadway.
From the town of Port-de-Paix to the town of St Louis du Nord, the localities of Beaudin and Carrenage, rue Rendez-vous, Morne aux Pères among others, are a vast site with the achievements related to the construction of the gutter, backfilling and reprofiling.
