iciHaiti - PNH : 2 wanted kidnappers arrested

Friday February 18, 2022 during an operation carried out by the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) Altema Ornest and Ronald Horgan, actively wanted for their involvement in several cases of kidnapping including that of a Canadian citizen, dated 25 June 2021, have been arrested respectively in Kenscoff and Thomassin.

These individuals had in their possession a 3.80mm caliber pistol filled with several cartridges.

The search carried out at their home led to the seizure of:
- An iPad belonging to the kidnapped Canadian citizen
- A black ballistic helmet
- One vest per bullet
- An olive green combat dress shirt
- Olive green combat dress pants
- A Tonfa baton
- A black tactical vest
- Two identification cards one from the National Agency for Protected Areas (ANAP) and the other from the Protected Areas Surveillance Brigade (BSAP) on two different identities Altema Ornest / Marcel Desir belonging to the main abductor of his real name Altema Ones.
