The Municipal Commission of Cap-Haitien informs the population, in general, craftsmen and revelers in particular, that the official organization of the carnival in Cap-Haitien will be held from Thursday February 24 to Tuesday March 1st, 2022 around the theme "Konbit pou yon lot Okap".

Following multiple meetings between actors and cultural operators, it was decided to maintain these income-generating cultural activities in the country's second city.

The activities will start on Thursday February 24, 2022 with the small children carnival followed by the youth carnival on Friday February 25 and the three fat days.

The Municipal Commission wishes a happy Carnival in Peace to everyone and encourages the participation of the private sector in these popular festivities.
