From March 9 to 11, 2022, Garnel Michel, Acting Executive Director of the Haitian organization "Technical and Operational Services to Stop Accidents" (STOP-Accidents) participated in the Forum on Children's Road Safety in Colombia.

Several countries participated in this forum in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experiences and good practices for the development of road safety management in different fields of action.

"We welcomed the invitation to participate in this forum with interest. This was an opportunity for us to exchange with different actors in the field of road safety in order to make the work of STOP Accidents in Haiti more effective, and also to share our work experiences with them."

Moreover, Garnel Michel deplores Haiti's delay in this area at a time when all the other countries are making it a priority.
