The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal advises fellow Haitians living in Quebec that it can no longer receive emergency Passport requests. This decision is motivated by the fact that, by decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all Passport applications are now sent to Haiti to be processed and that consequently it has no control over their processing times.

The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal takes this opportunity to remind fellow Haitians that the Passport must be renewed six (6) months before its expiration date.

Fees required for passports :

- 10-year passport for adults: 145 US dollars

- 5-year passport for minors: 120 US dollars

The Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal also wishes to remind that it does not receive payment in cash. Passport fees must be paid by money order or certified check.
