The Divisional Commissioner Marie Dienane Joseph, Departmental Director of the South-East, representing Frantz Elbé, the Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), presented this week during a symbolic ceremony, the rank insignia of Agent II to 17 police officers all from the 26th class of the PNH (May 10, 2016 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-17417-haiti-security-graduation-of-the-26th-promotion-of-the-pnh.html ).

These 17 police officers, including 3 women, were promoted to grade A2 after five years of service provided to the community.

It was the Divisional Commissioner Marie Dienane Joseph who herself fixed the insignia on the shoulders of the 17 agents who had risen in rank.

In her remarks for the occasion, she urged these police officers to show during their careers within the PNH, respect and discipline for the good of the institution to which they belong.
