The Ministry of Culture announces its calendar of celebrations for the month of April 2022. Which will be marked by many important dates.

April 2022 Calendar of Celebrations :

April 4: Decree reorganizing the National Press of Haiti;

April 5: 40 years since the publication of the Decree organizing the Haitian education system in order to offer equal opportunities to all and to reflect Haitian culture;

April 7: Death of Toussaint Louverture (age 219) Inauguration of the Haitian National Pantheon Museum (MUPANAH);

April 15: World Art Day;

18 April: International Day for Monuments and Sites;

April 22: Centenary of the birth of Jacques Stephen Alexis;

April 23: Creation of the National Radio of Haiti (RNH);

April 26: World Book and Copyright Day.
