The Consulate General of Haiti located in Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao (a Dutch island in the Lesser Antilles which is part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) has set up a Mobile Consulate in order to provide local services to compatriots of the Dutch islands of Saint-Martin and Saint-Eustache

To this end, a two-member delegation led by the Head of the Consular Post Mrs. Natalie Fourcand, proceeded for a week (until Saturday April 9, 2022), to the delivery of several hundred of the new National Identification Card, passports, Extracts of Archives and mandates, among others.

Ms. Natalie Fourcand, in the exercise of her functions, also proceeded to the nuptial celebration of several couples wishing to unite under the aegis of Haitian laws.

During her tour of these Islands, Natalie Fourcand, accompanied by her team, visited senior citizens and those with reduced mobility who were unable to travel to the parking spaces provided by the Mobile Consulate, to offer them the consular services of their choice.
