iciHaiti - Literature : Winners of the national short story contest at school
Saturday April 16, 2022, at the Marriott hotel (Turgeau) took place the award ceremony for the 6th edition of the national short story contest at school , an initiative of the Center for the Promotion of Excellence in Culture and Citizenship (CPECC), and the Association of French Teachers of Haiti (APROFH) and the launch of the 7th edition, sponsored by Dany Laferrière of the French Academy.

More than 50 schools participated in this literary competition which brought together more than a thousand students this year, from the 7th year fundamental to Philo.

This competition offers young participants the opportunity to showcase their potential, their creativity and their talent as a writer.

Jury members :
Gary Victor (president of the jury and co-organizer of the competition), Yanick Lahens, Louis Philippe Dalembert, Kettly Mars, Étienne Orémil and Emmelie Prophète-Milcé the Minister of Culture.
