iciHaiti - PNH : 3 criminals arrested

The police of the city of Hinche proceeded, in the first communal section "Joanarya", locality Miguel (Dept. of the Center), to the arrests of Samuel Manuel (22 years old), Raphaël Louis Dort (36) and Philamise Darius (45).
These 3 individuals are accused of making and using home-made weapons, cattle theft and association of criminals.
They were taken into custody pending legal action.
