Monday, May 2nd, Augustin Frantz (33 years old) alias "Papouch", an active member of the "Chen Mechan" Gang, based in Plaine du Cul-de-Sac, was arrested by the police in the town of Hinche, 2nd communal section Mamon, locality "Sapatè" (Center Dept.)

The latter, originally from Cazeau, had the inscription "Chien Méchant" tattooed on his leg. A repeat offender well known to the police, accused of murder, robbery and association of criminals, was imprisoned in the Prison of Croix-des-Bouquets.

Also that same day, Jean Watson (19) and Vilsaint Emmanuel (37) from Mamon, were arrested for their involvement in cases of armed robbery and rape. Note that Vilsaint Emmanuel has already spent 3 years in prison for rape.
