Joram Vixamar, the Rector of the Public University of the North in Cap-Haitien (UPNCH) announced in a note, the appointment of former Senator and Professor Kelly C Bastien as Director of Partnership and International Cooperation of the University.

In addition, it is planned to sign a partnership agreement between the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien and UPNCH on Education, Science, Culture and Sustainable Development in the coming weeks. This Agreement should promote the promotion and integration of young people into the labor market as well.
