iciHaiti - Croix-des-Bouquets : A police inspector member of UDMO shot dead 01/06/2022 10:05:36
Anéus Ketcham driving a private vehicle was accompanied by Rosier Cadet, Director of the Engineering Department of the Town Hall, when they were ambushed by armed individuals in the Duval area as they crossed the downtown of Croix-des-Bouquets, around 11:20 am. These unidentified individuals opened fire on the vehicle. The police officer Anéus Ketcham, received several bullets and died instantly despite his bulletproof vest. Rosier Cadet was injured and rushed to a hospital where he is receiving appropriate care. His health is stable and his life is no longer in danger, according to his attending physicians. In this tragic event, the Communal Commission of Croix-des-Bouquets salutes the memory of Inspector Anéus Ketcham, this valiant exemplary policeman, who lost his life serving his country. She offers her heartfelt condolences to his wife, three daughters, family and friends.
