Friday July 22, 2022 a delegation of the National Police of Haiti headed by Divisional Commissioner Jean Maurest Etienne Director of Personnel and Commissioner Kesnel PIERRE Responsible for Well-Being went to a hospital center in the capital to inquire about the state of health of two officers injured by bullets in recent weeks.

They are the policewoman Bernadette Antoine assigned to the Corps of the Motorized Intervention Brigade (CBIM) and Commissioner Jean Robert Brutus, head of the Presidential Security Unit (USP) seriously injured during an armed attack against his person at Croix-des-Bouquets on July 5th.

Through this visit, the members of the delegation intended to testify, on behalf of Commander-in-Chief Frantz Elbé, of their full support for the two victims throughout the period of their convalescence.
