In this painful circumstance, the General Directorate of the PNH shares the pains and sorrows of the family of Divisional Commissioner Harington RIGAUD, in particular his wife and children, his work colleagues at the National Police Academy, the 7th Cohort of Student commissioners in training, all his close relatives and friends hard hit by this unexpected departure. She therefore invites them to courage and assures them that the National Police has already mobilized and will mobilize all the necessary resources so that this villainous and revolting act does not go unpunished. The PNH will spare no effort until the authors, co-authors and accomplices of this heinous act can answer in court for their crimes which continue to mourn the Haitian population."
