An individual identified as Théodore Jean Marie, who was trying to establish a new gang in the South-East department, has been arrested by police in Grande Rivère (communal section of the city of Jacmel) before it could be operational...

On his mobile phone seized by the police, the Departmental Judicial Police Service (SDPJ of South-East) traced various conversations with several of his accomplices to set up a gang in the department, which would set up its base in Grande Rivère.
