Following information from the intelligence service of the South detachment, agents from the Office for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) and the Coast Guard, carried out a search on Saturday April 1st, 2023, at the home of Jhonny Léonce located in Charpentier (locality of the city of Les Cayes).

During this search, which took place in the presence of the Justice of the Peace of Les Cayes, the agents of the BLTS and those of the Coast Guard found and seized 22.8 kg of Marijuana.

At the time of this police raid, Cawerine Mathurin (24), the suspect's wife, present at the scene, was arrested in flagrante delicto for possession and illicit drug trafficking. Note that the suspect, who is actively sought, was not present at his home at the time of the police operation...
