This highly strategic working session, in which took part, among others, senior executives of the DCPA, Nahi O. Amicet, Technical Advisor of the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH) for the DCPA, Principal Commissioner Yvon Cantave Acting Departmental Director of West-1, heads of specialized units under the command of the DCPA, of the police stations of Port-au-Prince, Delmas, Pétion-Ville, had as its main objective the report of operations carried out on the ground and also the adoption of new tactics with a view to increasing police interventions in the fight against cases of kidnapping.

Let's recall that targeted police operations are carried out every day by various units of the PNH in all regions of the country to track down members of armed gangs.
