iciHaiti - Gonaïves : Arrest of the gang leader «Kakarat»

On Friday April 7, 2023, Gonaïves police arrested Joslet Nelson alias "Kakarat", one of the leaders of the "Kokorat san ras" gang.
Nelson was arrested at La Providence Hospital in Gonaïves while receiving treatment after being shot in the left ankle on Thursday evening during a firefight with police during a police operation in Lacroix-Perisse where another bandit was mortally wounded.
Joslet Nelson's role was to deliver arms and ammunition from Savien to Lacroix-Perisse.
