Reynold Guerrier, the Director General of the National Identification Office (ONI), announces that from this Monday, April 10, 2023, the Centers for the Reception and Delivery of Identity Documents ( CRLDI) of the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area will only receiverequests with an appointment confirmation duly completed on the site.
