1 - A salary increase of at least 500% for all educational agents in the public service; 2 - The granting of a debit card to all teachers in the public service; 3 - Appointment of all qualified teachers and payment of salary arrears; 4 - The payment of probation fees to the last three promotions of the Training Center for Fundamental Education of Port-au-Prince (CFEF); 5 - The establishment of appropriate mechanisms to restore the authority of the State, deal with armed groups, restore public security and facilitate free movement in the country; 6 - The adoption of binding measures to make fuel available in all gas pumps in the country; 7 - The relaunch of the social housing construction project envisaged by the government of former Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant; 8 - The revitalization of the health insurance program for teachers; 9 - The development of a national project to provide each public school with a library containing works adapted to the teaching content; 10 - Equip each class with a sufficient number of benches or chairs to accommodate learners; 11 - The reconstruction of the Ministry of National Education in order to put an end to the waste of funds allocated to the rental of a plurality of spaces to accommodate its various services; 12 - The adoption of a national salary scale allowing teachers to be remunerated according to their academic grade, their hourly workload and their number of years of experience.
