iciHaiti - Football : Important reminder on the organization of training sessions
The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) reminds duly licensed football clubs, academies, and schools of the provisions relating to the organization of training sessions for coaches and any other officials involved in the field of football.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Standardization Committee and the standards of the Confederation of North, Central American, and Caribbean Associations (CONCACAF), all training initiatives must adhere to the official coaching curriculum, validated by the FHF and approved by CONCACAF.

The following criteria are mandatory for all training activities :

Trainer Qualifications :
Only certified or approved trainers (or those holding an equivalent recognized by CONCACAF) are authorized to deliver courses.

Course Content :
The training content must comply with the official curriculum and be submitted to the FHF General Secretariat for prior approval.

Safeguarding Component :
Safeguarding is a fundamental pillar of training, particularly for coaches working with young players.

These measures aim to ensure standardization of training across the country and to put an end to the abuses observed during the scouting sessions and Grassroots festivals organized by the National Technical Directorate.

The FHF informs that any initiative that does not comply with these conditions will be considered null and void. Consequently, certificates or other documents issued in this context will not be recognized, and their holders will not be authorized to practice within affiliated clubs, academies, or football schools throughout the country.
