iciHaiti - Cuba : Training of athletes for international competitions and the Olympics

On August 17, 2023, Raymonde Rival, the Minister of Sports accompanied by her Director of Cabinet Me Jean Tholbert Alexis received the Cuban Ambassador to Haiti Carlos Moya Ramos.
During this meeting, Minister Rival and Ambassador Ramos notably discussed the relaunch of cooperation between the two countries, the holding of short cycle and specialization training for technicians and the preparation in Cuba of athletes from various disciplines, for international competitions & the Olympic Games.
Through the relaunch of cooperation with Cuba, the Minister is committed to providing instructors, technicians and sports executives with the skills necessary for better supervision of young Haitian athletes.
