According to the latest forecasts, Storm Franklin will cross the southern region of Haiti on Wednesday August 23, 2023 bringing torrential rains and strong winds.
Civil protection and the Hydro Meteorological Cell maintain the yellow vigilance alert throughout the national territory due to the high risk of heavy rains, strong winds, landslides, strong swells, landslides and flooding during the passage of the Franklin storm which could affect several departments.
