On Saturday September 2nd, agents of the Departmental Judicial Police Service (SDPJ - North), accompanied by members of the Cap-Haitien Intervention Brigade, carried out an operation in Dubré, a locality in the municipality of Milot. This operation led to the arrest of Adelin Louinord, the alleged perpetrator of the assassination of Adelin Louinord alias "Lemercier" on January 20, 2023 in the locality of Lambert.

A 9mm pistol, a balaclava, a pair of handcuffs and cartridges of different calibers were found in his possession.

In addition, two suspects by the names of Kettelie Bien-Aimé (46 years old) and Felix Ulrick alias "Ti Joe" (55) actively sought by the Police for assassination and criminal association, were also apprehended during this operation.

It should be remembered that Adelin Louinord and Ulrick Felix were at the head of a gang specializing, among other things, in the spoliation of land and devastation of private land and armed robbery...

The Police du Nord is continuing its investigation and is actively looking for four other suspects involved in the assassination of Louis Elima Mathias.
