Sunday November 5, 2023 in the commune of Cap, police officers from the Center Department arrested Saint-Victor Raimer for his involvement in an armed attack against the population of Saut-d'Eau last September. Police officers from the Center department have already asked the Northern police authorities to transfer Saint-Victor Raimer in order to answer questions from the prosecution.
