iciHaiti - PNH : A very connected cousin of «Yonyon», arrested
This week, the police at Toussaint Louverture International Airport arrested Abigaëlle Hailey GERMINAL (34 years old) alias "Fifi, Bel Boss", naturalized American in 2019, for her numerous connections with armed gangs operating in the metropolitan region area of Port-au-Prince.

An investigation lasting several months by the Analysis Service of the Judicial Intelligence Bureau revealed that GERMINAL was in contact with several gang leaders, such as Chéry Christ-Roi, alias "Krisla" (Gang Ti Bwa), Rénel Destina, alias "Ti Lapli" (Grande Ravine gang) and Wilson Joseph, alias "Lanmò San Jou" the new leader of the "400 Mawozo".

Shortly after his arrest, a partial check of his cell phone revealed the names and numbers of several gang leaders operating in the metropolitan area in his phonebook.

It should be noted that Germinal is the cousin of the former gang leader of the criminal organization 400 Mawozo, Germine Jolly alias "Yonyon", in the USA. It was she who ensured communication between "Lanmò 100 jou" and "Yonyon" currently incarcerated in the United States https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-36576-haiti-flash-the-powerful-leader-of-the-400-wawozo-gang-extradited-to-the-usa.html allowing him to operate his gang from his prison cell.
