The Municipal Administration Council of Cap-Haïtien, informs citizens that after deliberation, within the framework of its prerogatives it published a municipal decree regarding the building and subdivision permit, while imposing the obligation to maintain a clean environmentat the municipal level.

This municipal decree concerns the authorization of construction in accordance with established urban and architectural standards. This will not only contribute to the expansion of our town but also to its beautification.

The Municipal Commission reminds all permit beneficiaries and residents of the municipality of the importance of preserving our environment. In accordance with this decree, it is everyone's responsibility to ensure that spaces are kept clean and welcoming.
