"The General Directorate of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) contrary to a document circulating on social networks, wishes to bring to the attention of the public that it has not published any note dated February 3rd, 2024 to the attention of the heads of Police Corps and Units.

However, it recalls that instructions have already been passed, in its last note dated February 1st, 2024, to the various police officials so that the security of lives and property, as well as public order are guaranteed, in accordance with the law.

The PNH renews its commitment to fully fulfill its constitutional and legal mission."
