Ministers Emmelie Prophète (Justice) and Victor Généus (Foreign Affairs) blocked for 1 month outside the country due to the closure of Haitian airports, finally returned to the country this week aboard a Sunrise Airways commercial flight to Cap-Haïtien.

To travel to Port-au-Prince, the two Ministers traveled aboard an armored vehicle of the Haitian National Police (PNH).

Meanwhile, James Cadet, the Minister of the Environment who was part of the delegation that accompanied Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry, is still outside the country.
