The Communication and Public Relations Unit of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) sent us a note relating to the control of the quality of service carried out by a CONATEL technical team on the NATCOM network in Delmas.

CONATEL note :

"[...] On June 26, 2024, the CONATEL Quality of Service Control Service carried out tests on the NATCOM 4G network in 'Tibwa Dom', Siloé, in the Municipality of Delmas. This assessment follows complaints from residents relating to poor quality of service.

The results show varying coverage as follows:

Good : at Rue Albert Jode and Bas de Delmas 75,

Average : at Rue de l'Amitié and Carrefour Bois d'Homme,

Poor : at the top of Carrefour Bois d'Homme (Tibwa Dom), with frequent cuts and calls difficult to make.

The General Directorate of CONATEL asks NATCOM to optimize its resources to improve service in these areas. CONATEL remains committed to listening and responding to the needs of the population to guarantee optimal quality of telecommunications services."
