Recently, Dellal had the rare opportunity to participate in a week-long training camp with Real Madrid, one of the most prestigious teams in world football. Twelve years after his first immersion under the direction of José Mourinho in 2012, Dellal returned to the pitches of the Madrid club, this time under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti, another football legend. During this intense week, he spoke with Antonio Pintus, Real Madrid's physical trainer and long-time friend, as well as with other members of the club's professional staff and academy. Dellal immersed himself in an exceptionally high-quality work environment, enriching himself with new knowledge and deepening his expertise in several key areas: - Load management; - Staff interaction; - Player management; - Technical and tactical methodology; - Strength development; - Interaction with the player's environment; - Profiling This experience illustrates his commitment to staying at the forefront of training methods. Rubbing shoulders with the best at Real Madrid is a major asset for the Haitian national team, which thus benefits from high-level expertise to lead its players towards excellence.
