The U.S. Department of State's Transnational Organized Crime Reward Program has doubled the reward for information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of Vitel'homme Innocent, leader of the "Kraze Baryè" gang whose crimes are worsening the humanitarian and security situation in Haiti.

He is wanted by the FBI for hostage taking, conspiracy to commit hostage taking, conspiracy to commit hostage taking resulting in death, and attempted hostage taking resulting in death.
