A key strategic meeting was held this week at the Hotel School 'École Hôtelière d’Haïti' (EHH) to lay the foundations for Haiti’s participation in the Universal Exposition of Osaka 2025 in Japan.

Under the chairmanship of Herrick John Dessources, Minister of Tourism, this meeting brought together key stakeholders to reflect, plan and define an ambitious vision for the representation of our Nation at this prestigious global event.

The strategic issues were discussed; the importance of this unique opportunity; the progress of the process; the next steps to take; innovative ideas and concrete proposals to ensure a remarkable representation of the Haitian delegation.

The discussions highlighted a common desire to project a strong and authentic image of Haiti: that of a land of culture, history, and economic opportunities and to make the world discover the incredible richness of our heritage and the dynamism of Haitians.
