The City of Port-au-Prince, in collaboration with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), held a consultative meeting with representatives of the Canapé Vert community (Morne Rosa) on January 30, 2025, regarding a project to install street lights in the neighborhood

This initiative, which responds to an express request from the residents of the area, aims to strengthen security in this residential sector of the capital.

A technical visit of the site was carried out to assess the feasibility of the project and determine strategic locations for the installation of lighting devices.

This project is part of the municipality's ongoing efforts to improve urban infrastructure and the quality of life of Port-au-Prince residents.
