iciHaiti - Delmas 30 : 2 bandits fatally injured, police uniforms recovered

On the night of Saturday 15 to Sunday 16 February 2025, an operation to thwart the attacks of armed bandits from the "Viv ansanm" gang coalition who are trying to enter the commune of Delmas to sow trouble, was carried out by the Intervention Brigade (BI) of the Delmas jurisdiction, supported by police officers from the elite SWAT/GIPNH unit.
During this operation, 2 armed individuals were fatally injured during exchanges of fire with the police.
The police officers recovered uniforms from the Intervention and Maintenance of Order Corps (CIMO) and the Administrative Police as well as a communication radio.
