Already on site at Santiago International Airport to welcome the Haitian delegation upon its arrival in Santiago, Ambassador Hervé Saint-Louis and Minister Counselor Woodly Simon were also present to express their support for the Grenadières' victory.

At the hotel restaurant, the Grenadières' headquarters, the two diplomats had a long discussion with Ms. Monique André, President of the Normalization Committee. The topics discussed included the state of the King sport in Haiti, the Haitian Football Federation, the National Championship, the national teams, the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, and the situation in Haiti in general.
