Nelson Deshommes, Communications Manager for the City of Cap-Haïtien, is in Vietnam to participate in the 45th Congress of the International Association of Francophone Mayors (AIMF), held in the historic city of Hue, from April 27 to 30, 2025.

This Sunday afternoon, April 27, Deshommes will speak at the session dedicated to memorial heritage, providing insight from the city of Cap-Haïtien on the challenges and opportunities related to the transmission of heritage that bears memory.

This presentation will enrich collective reflections on the conservation and sustainable development of our cultural heritage.

Cap-Haitien remains proud to make its voice heard and share its experience within the large international community of Francophone cities.
