iciHaiti - MJSAC : National Day of Physical Activity and Sport
On Friday, June 13, 2025, Niola Lynn Sarah Dévalis Octavius, Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC), accompanied by the Ministry's Director General, Nathan Laguerre, the Director of Physical Activities and Sports, Marc Enold Exinor, and the Coordinator of Sports Centers, Jean Roland Dartiguenave, presented the first edition of the National Day of Physical Activity and Sports, which will be celebrated this Sunday, June 15, around the theme "Physical activity and sport, essential levers for the health and well-being of all".

Nathan Laguerre, Minister, outlined the official activities of the National Day of Physical Activity and Sports, which will take place on Sunday, June 15. He outlined the main planned activities, including the finals of the School Sports Games, aerobics sessions, panel discussions, and an artistic and ceremonial program. He also emphasized that this edition marks a turning point towards a broader and lasting celebration in the years to come. "The more we move, the more we practice sports, the healthier our country will be," he declared, calling for massive and committed participation from all sectors of society.

Before the aerobics session, which took place in the courtyard of the Ministry as part of the activities of the day on June 15, they called for collective mobilization in favor of the sustainable development of sport, as a tool for public health, social cohesion, and inclusion.
